Inflector Environmental Services has been a trusted leader in the construction industry for over 30 years, delivering specialized abatement and demolition across industrial, commercial, and institutional projects throughout Canada. As part of our continued growth and commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our clients, we are expanding our service offerings in the Edmonton market to include fireproofing and firestopping services.
We are seeking motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career with a company that values teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the setup and operation of equipment used for fireproofing, such as sprayers and pumps.
- Mixing and applying fireproofing materials according to manufacturer guidelines and project requirements.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Profile Requirements
- Experience in Industrial construction as a fire proofer or a painter 1 year plus
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Proficient English-language skills
- Valid Canadian residency and/or work permit
- Valid G2 or G driver's license.
- WHMIS & Working at Heights is an asset
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be willing to participate in out of town work on a periodic basis
