About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Auto Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, has a strong understanding of detailing tools and products, and is looking to grow their skills within the automotive care industry. This role offers the opportunity to advance into Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform full interior detailing, including vacuuming, steam cleaning, upholstery/leather cleaning, and interior surface conditioning
- Perform full exterior detailing, including hand washing, decontamination, clay bar treatment, and drying
- Execute paint correction to remove swirls, scratches, and oxidation
- Polish and buff vehicle surfaces to restore shine and clarity
- Apply ceramic coatings according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality standards are met
- Properly use and maintain detailing equipment and supplies
- Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in auto detailing required
- Familiarity with detailing tools and equipment, including:
- Steamers
- Air compressors
- Drill brushes
- Polishers/buffers
- Extractors
- Other standard detailing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (preferred/required, depending on role)
