Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
- Handle shipping, printing, and packaging services
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Supervise daily store operations and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
