Job Title: Daily Maintenance Cleaner — Lobby & Upstairs
Pay: $20.00/hour to start Schedule: 6 hours per day, 6 times a week ( hrs/week); star time 12am- 6pm

About the Role We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to keep our lobby and upstairs areas spotless through daily maintenance cleaning. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in their work and notices the small things. You’ll be the person who keeps the space looking consistently clean, fresh, and welcoming every single day.
Daily Responsibilities
Lobby:
- Sweep, mop, and spot-clean all floors; vacuum any rugs or mats
- Wipe down and disinfect all high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, railings, counters)
- Empty all trash bins and replace liners
- Dust surfaces, ledges, furniture, and fixtures
- Tidy seating areas and arrange furniture neatly
- Clean and sanitize any restrooms in the area (toilets, sinks, mirrors, restock supplies)
Upstairs:
- Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum all floors and stairways
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, railings, baseboards, and fixtures
- Clean and disinfect high-touch points throughout
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean glass, mirrors, and windows as needed
- Maintain restrooms and shared spaces to the same standard as the lobby
General:
- Keep cleaning supplies stocked, organized, and properly stored
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or low supplies
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high standards
- Able to stand, bend, and be on your feet for the full shift
- Dependable and punctual — this is a daily role
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
