Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential/Commercial Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned efficiently and according to company standards
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and address specific cleaning needs
Experience
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in commercial settings
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to scheduled shifts
