UGE is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to help grow our unique philanthropic workplace event model. This role focuses on building partnerships and booking corporate and charitable gold exchange events that create value for employees while supporting meaningful causes in the community. If you enjoy networking, creating opportunities, and building lasting relationships, this is an opportunity to work independently while making a real impact.
Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and maintain relationships with corporations, organizations, and charitable foundations
✔Prospect and contact corporations, HR departments, organizations, unions, and charitable foundations
✔ Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship development
✔ Present UGE’s workplace event program and employee financial wellness benefits
✔ Secure and schedule corporate event partnerships
✔ Maintain and grow an active sales pipeline
✔ Work with internal teams to support successful event execution
Requirements:
✔ Previous sales experience required
✔ Previous B2B sales, business development, account management, or outside sales experience required
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
✔ Professional, outgoing, and results-driven
✔ Passion for community impact is an asset
✔ Generate and book workplace and philanthropic event opportunities
✔ Conduct outreach and identify new partnership opportunities
✔ Help expand awareness of the Unity Gold Exchange mission and programs
✔ Collaborate with our team to support successful event planning and execution
