Part-Time Residential Cleaner
Okanagan Cleaning is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing team.
We provide professional residential cleaning services throughout West Kelowna and take pride in helping our clients enjoy clean, comfortable, and welcoming homes. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning, notices the little details others miss, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
This position is ideal for someone seeking consistent daytime work with a flexible schedule. Hours are available from 1–5 days per week depending on your availability. Once your schedule is established, your workdays will generally remain consistent each week.
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain private homes to a high standard
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize living spaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Follow customized cleaning checklists for each client
- Ensure each home is left fresh, tidy, and welcoming
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and team members
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in clients' homes
- Previous residential cleaning experience is an asset but not required
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and being on your feet throughout the day
Schedule & Perks
- Part-time position
- 1–5 days per week depending on your availability
- Consistent weekly schedule once established
- Most cleaning appointments are located in West Kelowna
- Daytime (school) hours
- Paid travel time between cleaning appointments

- Starting wage: $24/hr
