Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Crew Member to join our landscape and construction team. The ideal candidate will assist with various outdoor projects, including landscape maintenance, gardening, irrigation, and construction tasks. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in horticulture, mechanical maintenance, and the use of various tools and equipment. The Crew Member will work closely with experienced team members to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning
- Operate equipment including excavators and power tools safely and efficiently
- Support irrigation system installation and repairs
- Perform gardening duties such as planting, watering, mulching, and soil preparation
- Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to maintain and repair equipment as needed
- Assist with construction projects involving site preparation, material handling, and assembly
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications
Experience
- Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with excavation equipment such as excavators is a plus
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, or landscape maintenance is advantageous
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools and power tools are beneficial
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
