An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Restaurants to join an ambitious luxury hospitality group in Ontario.
This is a rare opportunity to oversee a growing collection of high-end restaurant concepts, helping shape the operational culture, guest experience and commercial success of an expanding hospitality business.
The successful candidate will be a highly visible operational leader who enjoys being present within the restaurants, coaching teams, supporting service and continually driving standards. This is not a corporate, desk-based position. We are seeking someone who leads from the floor and thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments.
The Opportunity
Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee the performance of multiple restaurant operations, ensuring each venue consistently delivers exceptional hospitality, operational excellence and strong financial results.
You will work closely with General Managers and culinary leadership to develop high-performing teams, maintain exceptional service standards and support the continued growth of the hospitality group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across multiple restaurant concepts.
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
- Ensure consistently exceptional guest experiences across all venues.
- Recruit, develop and mentor General Managers and restaurant leadership teams.
- Establish and maintain best-in-class service and operational standards.
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless front and back-of-house collaboration.
- Support new openings, operational initiatives and the continued growth of the hospitality group.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence within the restaurants, leading from the floor rather than behind a desk.
