We are seeking a high-caliber, versatile Executive Driver & Property Operations Coordinator to provide seamless transportation and high-standard property support for a private family and executive office.
This is a unique "hybrid" role designed for a proactive professional who balances a polished executive presence with a hands-on approach to property maintenance. You will be a key member of a small household team, acting as a steward of both the family’s schedule and their work environments.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Transportation & Fleet Stewardship
- Primary Driver: Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for family members and executives, including school routes, airport transfers, and scheduled commutes.
- Vehicle Readiness: Maintain a high standard for all assigned vehicles, ensuring they are fueled/charged, cleaned daily, detailed and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Fleet Maintenance: Coordinate cleaning of trucks with our Fleet manager to ensure all assets are in peak operational condition.
Property & Grounds Operations
- Exterior Presentation: Oversee the daily "curb appeal" of the residence and office. This includes debris removal, seasonal prep (leaf/snow management), and ensuring entrances are presentable and clean.
- Logistics & Errands: Execute weekly operational errands and assist with supplies preparation to ensure household readiness.
- Visual Inspections: Conduct routine walkthroughs of property exteriors to identify and address maintenance needs before they escalate.
Professional Collaboration
- Priority Management: Work closely with the House Manager and leadership team to adapt to shifting daily priorities.
- Discretion: Maintain absolute confidentiality and professional boundaries within a private family and executive environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensing: Valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean 3-year driving abstract (required for insurance purposes).
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in professional driving, estate service, property management, or a related high-touch service field.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable performing light-to-moderate outdoor work and using basic tools for property upkeep.
- Professionalism: High emotional intelligence, punctuality, and a polished demeanor suitable for an executive environment.
- Reliability: A self-starter who takes pride in "the details" and can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule as operational or family needs require.
