Right now, we have an immediate opening for someone to start this winter in our snow division, running our CAT 908 loader, with the opportunity to roll straight into a Landscape Installer position for the spring season.
Immediate Winter Start: 908 Loader Snow Role
We need someone dependable and skilled to jump in now:

✅ Not just an Operator mindset, hopping out of the machine to shovel where needed
✅ Supporting the crew with clean, precise snow work
✅ Being available when storms hit

Spring & Summer Path: Landscape Installer (Starting Position)
Come spring, the right person will transition into a Landscape Installer role.
✔ Hardscape and landscape construction
✔ Grading, base prep, and finishing
✔ Planting, sod, and detail work
✔ Crew leadership potential over time
This is a starting role with a future — if you earn it.
Fit Check: This is NOT an Operator-Only Career
We want you confident in the loader in winter…
But in the summer, we are not an equipment-heavy company.
If your goal is full-time seat time and nothing else, we are not the right fit.
We’d rather be upfront than let you down:

What You Need
✔ Loader confidence (CAT 908 experience is a must)
