This position offers 30–35 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday and optional weekend shifts are available. No previous cleaning experience is necessary, we provide paid training and support to help you succeed.
Our team services homes and businesses throughout the Comox Valley and nearby communities.
Typical Weekly Schedule
- Tuesday: Ships Point / Fanny Bay area
- Wednesday: Comox Valley area
- Thursday: Comox Valley area
- Friday: Comox Valley area
Occasionally, we may accept projects in other nearby communities or unique locations. Any applicable travel beyond our regular service area is compensated according to company policy.
Because employees travel directly to various client locations throughout the day, applicants must have reliable transportation and be comfortable travelling within our service area.
Responsibilities
- Residential cleaning
- Occasional move-in/move-out cleaning projects
- Light commercial and janitorial cleaning as required
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Following cleaning procedures and company standards
- Respecting client privacy, security, and property
- Communicating with supervisors and team members regarding schedules and job updates
- Reviewing daily work assignments and responding to work-related messages when necessary
Qualifications

- Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently
- Your own reliable transportation for travel between job sites
- Mobile phone for work-related communication
- Ability to wash and dry cleaning cloths
Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal record check. The cost of the check is covered by the company.
