Material Handler – Walkie Operator (Full-Time)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour (weekly pay)
Job Type: Temporary, Full-time, Ongoing
We're looking for a Material Handler/Walkie Operator to join a busy warehouse team in Mississauga who can start immediately.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience operating Walkie equipment, we'd like to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Operate Walkie equipment to move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Transport packaged materials from the production line to designated areas.
- Pick, sort, and organize inventory.
- Load and unload trailers.
- Inspect pallets for quality and accuracy.
- Assist with packing, material handling, and other warehouse duties as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What we're looking for
Required:
- Valid Walkie licence.
- Warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. when required.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Willing to complete a criminal background check.
Nice to have:
- RF scanner experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Forklift experience.
