Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced full-time Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team at a fixed salary of $2900 per month + Tips for 5 days per week 10 hours shift per day .
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food and beverage service, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency with POS systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft memorable experiences for our guests while working in a fast-paced, friendly environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash transactions accurately and handle cashiering duties
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service and prevent over-serving
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent hospitality and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting, with knowledge of food industry standards
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality background with experience in serving, food service, and cashiering preferred
- Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork
