Fixed Operations Manager - Trent Valley Honda | Peterborough, Ontario

What You'll Be Responsible For
As our Fixed Operations Manager, you'll oversee the Service and Parts Departments while helping guide a team of more than 25 employees.
You'll work closely with department leaders to:
- Create an outstanding customer experience that keeps people coming back
- Build, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a positive workplace culture built on respect, accountability, and teamwork
- Drive department performance, profitability, and efficiency
- Support succession planning and help employees grow their careers
- Collaborate with all dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care
- Lead ongoing process improvements while maintaining a strong focus on people
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within automotive Fixed Operations
- Experience leading Service and Parts departments in a franchised dealership environment
- Proven success managing teams of technicians, advisors, parts personnel, and department leaders
- A track record of improving customer retention, employee engagement, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Experience analyzing and acting on key performance metrics to drive results
- Strong understanding of warranty administration, technician productivity, service capacity management, parts inventory management, and customer retention strategies
- Experience working directly with OEM programs, standards, and performance expectations
- Honda experience is considered an asset but is not required

Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
