What you'll do

Help ensure City facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and the public.

Contribute to clean, well-maintained environments that support a positive customer experience.

Identify and address facility issues proactively to help prevent service disruptions and maintain operational excellence.

Respond to occupant and customer needs in a professional, timely, and service-focused manner.

Support the safety and security of facilities through routine monitoring and adherence to established procedures.

Contribute to the successful delivery of events, facility moves, and operational activities through dependable support.

Help maintain attractive outdoor spaces that reflect pride in the community.

Qualifications
- Completion of a High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum six (6) months of experience in building maintenance and/or custodial work.

Current Emergency First Aid and CPR certification, or the ability and willingness to obtain certification.

Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence with the ability to maintain it.

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

This position has been identified as Safety Sensitive and requires the completion of a satisfactory pre-employment drug screen, which includes testing for cannabis use.
