D2D Sales Manager –Telecommunications
Locations: Hamilton, Richmond Hill, Markham, Mississauga, Brampton (GTA)Schedule: Full-time
About the Role
We are currently looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of field sales representatives across the Greater Toronto Area.
This role is focused on building a high-performing team, providing hands-on training, and ensuring consistent performance in the field. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching and developing talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives
- Accompany new reps in the field until they become fully independent
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Conduct workshops, team meetings, and daily huddles to address challenges and improve results
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met
- Build, manage, and motivate a team of up to 8 representatives
- Maintain strong product and technical knowledge to support the team effectively
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales (door-to-door experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and performance-driven environments
- Proven leadership or team management experience is an asset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Strong technical understanding of telecommunications products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
