Job Summary
The Bilingual Finance Analyst (English & French) is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support sound business decision-making. This role analyzes financial data, prepares forecasts and budgets, monitors performance, and provides insights to improve profitability, efficiency, and financial controls. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
· Analyze financial statements, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses
· Develop dashboards and management reports to support business decisions
· Investigate variances between actual results, forecasts, and budgets
Budgeting & Forecasting
· Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
· Partner with department leaders to understand cost drivers and revenue assumptions
· Track and analyze operating expenses, capital expenditures, and revenue performance
· Model scenarios and sensitivities to assess financial risks and opportunities
Business & Operational Support
· Provide financial analysis and decision support for business initiatives, pricing etc
· Assist with cost analysis, margin analysis, and profitability studies
· Support new product, project, or program financial evaluations
· Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial data and alignment between reporting and analysis
Systems, Controls & Process Improvement
· Maintain data accuracy within financial systems and models
· Support internal controls and compliance with company policies
· Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and analytical tools
· Assist with audit requests and documentation as needed
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
· 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance roles
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, analysis)
· Solid understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
MUSTS:
- Bilingual with french/english
- ERP
- Manufacturing experience
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with ERP or financial planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, NDS, Adaptive, Anaplan)
· Knowledge of financial modeling and business case development
· Experience in a corporate, manufacturing, or service-based environment

Pay: $6,200.00 per month
