Scotia Auto Glass is a family-owned company that has been serving Nova Scotia since 1999. We're hiring an auto glass installer or apprentice to join our South Shore team.
Experience in auto glass is welcome, but it's not required. We're also open to someone who is mechanically capable, comfortable working with tools, and interested in learning the trade properly.
The job
Full-time, hands-on, generally Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Most of the work is mobile, travelling to customers throughout the South Shore. The job includes windshield replacement, stone chip repair, door and back glass replacement, vehicle preparation, cleanup, and ADAS camera calibration. As your skills improve, you'll take on more technical work and greater responsibility. Occasional travel to HRM is required when another team needs support.

- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 25–35 pounds repeatedly through the day
- Located within approximately 20–30 minutes of Lunenburg or Bridgewater
- Own basic safety equipment: steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, work pants, work shirt
You don't need previous auto glass experience. You do need a good work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through.
