This is a part time position for the dental receptionist position. Expect around 20-30 hours a week, with the opportunity to have more hours as the patient base for the clinic increases. Applicants who applied before are encouraged to apply again. Looking to hire an additional Dental Receptionist for the following days:
Working days are currently Monday to Saturday. We will be opening up Sundays this summer. Will be doing shifts with other receptionists or full days.
- Looking for an experienced dental receptionist. Should have at-least a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Dental Treatment Coordinating experience
- Knowledge of Abeldent or Akitu One software
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Scheduling appointments and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Proficient in english with good typing skills
- Register patient information, create invoices, prepare correspondence,
- Sort out dental insurance related procedures and handle patient accounts/receivables
Hours of the dental clinic: Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, Sunday closed (Will be opening in the summer)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
