Summary
We are seeking a MATURE Professional Bra Fitting, Mastectomy, Compression Associate to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in delivering expert fitting services and ensuring our clients find the perfect fit for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized bra fittings for women of all sizes, including mastectomy and compression fittings.
- Educate clients on proper fitting techniques and product features.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all customers.
- Keep accurate records of fittings and client preferences.
- Stay informed about new products, fitting techniques, and industry standards.
- Assist with inventory management and product display.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster client loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Qualifications
- Proven experience or training in bra fitting or related field.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to mastectomy and compression garments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to educate clients with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Passion for helping women feel confident and comfortable.
