-experienced new home painters
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting filling holes, sanding, masking and caulking
- Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear when necessary
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet customer expectations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial or residential painting
- Proficient in using hand tools and painting equipment
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines
