Residential Cleaner
Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour, based on experience

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of clients' homes, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean windows and surfaces
- Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Uphold safety standards and ensure the proper use of cleaning products and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and attentive to client requests
- Residential, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, and deep cleaning
Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Detail oriented
- Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of hospitality standards is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Residential cleaning experience preferred (2+ years rewarded with higher starting pay — see Pay above)
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Smartphone with data
- Able to lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, reach, and perform cleaning duties
- Comfortable working independently and with a partner

Oro Clean is a growing residential cleaning company serving Vaughan and York Region. We're building our client base now, and hours will steadily increase as we grow — most team members reach a full, consistent schedule within 2–4 months.
