Licensed 433A Millwright – Afternoon Shift
Location: Guelph, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday | 2:45 PM – 11:45 PM
Compensation: $42.00–$48 per hour
We're looking for an experienced Licensed 433A Millwright to join our client's maintenance team in Guelph. If you're an experienced tradesperson Millwright who enjoys troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.
This is a permanent, straight afternoon shift with a company that is continuing to grow and invest in its people.
What You'll Do
As a Millwright, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing mixers, ovens, packaging equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Stick and MIG welding
- General facility maintenance such as minor plumbing repairs
- Light fabrication and equipment modifications
- Maintaining appropriate spare parts inventory
- Using computerized maintenance systems and basic computer applications
- Assisting with the training and development of Millwright Apprentices

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Valid Ontario 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate of Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Millwright
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience with conveyors, mixers, ovens and related food processing equipment is considered a strong asset
- Welding experience (MIG and Stick)
- Basic computer skills to use CMMS
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Residence within approximately 30 minutes of Guelph
