Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, along with excellent leadership skills to manage a team effectively. Duties
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and excellence
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records using POS systems,
- Conduct interviews for new kitchen staff and participate in the hiring process
- Develop menus in collaboration with management to reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences

Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Strong supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Excellent team management abilities with a focus on leadership and motivation
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
- Previous restaurant management experience is highly desirable
Our Team is looking for an experience Manager that can lead a team. This role will have the ability to help our Hospitality group expand with several other locations. We would provide on-site accommodations if necessary for the appropriate candidate.
