About the Role
We’re looking for a Front Desk / Guest Services Associate with at least 1 year of spa, clinic, or beauty industry experience, strong sales skills, and a friendly, outgoing personality. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in driving studio success.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests professionally and warmly
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and scheduling
- Answer phones and emails
- Open and close the studio
- Perform general administrative duties
- Sell retail products and services
- Operate point-of-sale systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in reception or customer service (spa/clinic experience strongly preferred)
- Confident and comfortable with sales
- Friendly, bubbly, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Must be able to work across multiple locations
