Job Description:
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting both the interior and exterior of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity. You'll work directly with customers to implement effective pest management strategies while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. We value safety, quality, and efficiency in everything we do, and we're looking for someone who shares that commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect interior and exterior of properties for pest infestations, identifying and solving problems effectively.
- Communicate with customers to explain pest management practices, providing expert advice on prevention.
- Safely operate company vehicles while maintaining efficient stop times and high-quality service.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or inquiries.
- Perform other duties as required, including outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a changing outdoor environment.
