We have a Full Time position available for an experienced Labourer/Sandblaster to join our Saskatoon operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks such as Grinding and Deburring in a safe manner with minimal rework

Lift and move product safely as required

Perform various tasks and assignments as instructed by the supervisor using various tools

Identify safety hazards and bring it to the attention of the supervisor

Operate all equipment, including small hand tools, in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
General clean up of working area to help maintain a safe working environment

Education & Experience:
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Experience using various hand tools
-
Experience in a manufacturing environment
-
Experience in machine operation an asset
Skills and Abilities:
- Great attention to detail with the ability to focus on the task at hand

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in English

Team oriented thinker with the ability to work alone or in a team

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to read a measuring tape

Ability to work with moderate supervision

Proven ability to work in a safe manner and follow safety procedures

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to lift 50 pounds
