Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in repairing and maintaining various appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and stoves. The candidate should be knowledgeable about electrical systems, mechanical systems, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various types of household appliances.
- Replace faulty or worn-out components, such as motors, thermostats, and compressors.
- Install new appliances and ensure they are properly connected to electrical and plumbing systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding the status of repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest appliance repair techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Training:
