Painter — Full-Time/Part-Time — Lethbridge & Area, AB

Alta Painting Co. is a Lethbridge-based painting contractor working across commercial and residential interior/exterior painting, rebuilds, and new construction throughout Lethbridge and surrounding towns. We're a growing company hiring experienced painters to join our crew.
Pay: $21–$25/hour, based on experience
Employment type: Full-time or part-time. As a growing company, hours will vary based on job volume — we're aiming for up to 40 hours/week with occasional weekend work as jobs require.
Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation (sanding, patching, caulking, masking, priming)
- Interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial jobs
- Painting on rebuild and new construction sites
- Proper use of brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other application tools
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Following job specs and quality standards on every project
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of painting experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (willing to travel to surrounding towns for jobs)
- Ability to work at heights (ladders, lifts) and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
