Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Server/Chef to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties
- Take and serve customer orders efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, maintaining consistency in food presentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering questions about menu items, and upselling specials or add-ons to enhance the dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or plating dishes as needed.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and efficient kitchen operations.
- Support team members in all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain proper sanitation standards at all times.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and kitchen operations is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Hospitality background or experience in guest services is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
