We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Leader - Senior to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale enterprise cybersecurity and technology initiatives. This role requires a seasoned project leader with extensive experience managing complex security programs involving cloud technologies, network security, governance, risk management, and enterprise infrastructure.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee cross-functional delivery teams, manage technical dependencies and vendor engagements, and ensure enterprise security initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

10+ Years of Project Management Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise IT and cybersecurity projects.
- Proven success delivering large-scale, mission-critical technology initiatives from project initiation through implementation and operational transition.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
Candidates must demonstrate leadership of enterprise-scale technology or cybersecurity initiatives.
Cybersecurity Leadership & Governance
- Strong knowledge of:

- Information security controls and governance processes
- Experience incorporating security requirements into enterprise projects while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise cybersecurity and technology initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical specialists, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure cybersecurity, governance, and risk management requirements are incorporated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee implementation activities involving cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure, and security solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide executive-level reporting on milestones, risks, and project performance.
- Facilitate governance meetings, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ are considered an asset.
- Experience working in government, public sector, or other large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $90.00-$100.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
