Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper with laundry service experience to work in our home. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms and common areas, as well as providing efficient laundry services. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to satisfaction. We have the potential to offer more hours to the right candidate to work in other family members homes who live very near by.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of bedrooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas to ensure availability of essentials
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas of the home
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the home owner promptly
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment
- Experience
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred
- Experience with laundry operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude are essential
- Ability to work independently
