As part of its development, Lacroix aims to continue optimizing its operations and strengthening its growth initiatives both nationally and internationally. To support these objectives, we are seeking a Marketing Strategy Assistant. The successful candidate will actively contribute to the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of marketing initiatives, working collaboratively with the team. Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the clinic, call center, operating room, and laboratory teams, the successful candidate will participate in the deployment of marketing activities across the various divisions. This role will contribute to maintaining a consistent presence at every stage of the patient journey, from service visibility to appointment booking.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Marketing Performance Coordinator.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Performance Coordinator plays a key role within the team, notably by ensuring the execution, coordination, and deployment of the Lacroix Medical Group's marketing strategies. This individual actively participates in marketing projects that impact the patient experience, digital platforms, and the organization's growth objectives.
Through their coordination, deployment, and monitoring role, they contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies and projects, while collaborating closely with support teams, IT, the call center, and various divisions. Their work contributes to providing a consistent, personalized, and effective patient experience, from prevention to loyalty, throughout the various stages of the healthcare journey. Responsibilities Relationship Marketing and Patient Experience In close collaboration with the Marketing Director, deploy relationship marketing, loyalty, and prevention strategies for all Group divisions, in order to maintain an ongoing relationship with patients and support them through the different stages of their healthcare journey. Create and deploy relationship marketing, prevention, and loyalty content (newsletters, automated communications, and other relationship tools).
Digital Marketing and Performance
- In collaboration with the senior marketing strategist, ensure the implementation of SEO and GEO recommendations across the Group's various digital properties to improve service discoverability, organic visibility, and the performance of digital user journeys.
- Launch, manage, and optimize digital performance campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Business).
Performance Analysis and Monitoring
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance, highlight key findings, and support the team in preparing and presenting reports for marketing management (tracking KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics).
Digital Platform Management
- Ensure the updating and development of the Group's digital platforms in collaboration with support teams, divisions, and external partners.
- Coordinate the integration of content, services, and new initiatives on websites, while ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of the information disseminated.
Campaign and Content Management
- Ensure a consistent presence on social media by coordinating communications and interactions with the community to support brand awareness and the patient experience.
- In collaboration with the Head of Content and Brand Image, ensure the preparation and briefing of teams involved in photo shoots, video shoots, and content projects, in order to maximize the relevance and effectiveness of deliverables.
- Coordinate creative deliverables in collaboration with the Head of Content and Brand Image for media campaigns, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical specifications, brand standards, and campaign objectives.
Coordination and Budget Management

Contribute to monitoring the divisions' media budgets in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Strategist and the Marketing Director, including budget updates, invoice reconciliations, and administrative follow-ups.
Desired Profile
Education and Experience
- University degree in marketing, communications, administration, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a role involving project coordination or digital marketing
- Experience in relationship marketing, digital campaigns, or web platform management (an asset)
- Knowledge of marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business, CRM, etc.)
- Excellent writing skills in French and English
