Garden Crew Supervisor
Superb Property Maintenance is a fast-growing landscaping company that takes pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. We are currently looking for a Gardening Supervisor to join our team for the upcoming season.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining gardens, and can help lead by example while supporting our maintenance crews.
Key Responsibilities
- Weed and cultivate gardens to maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Prune, deadhead, and care for plants to promote healthy growth
- Maintain garden beds and landscaped areas to company standards
- Support maintenance crews when needed
- Complete daily work orders and site logs
- Follow company safety procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work independently and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically able to lift, bend, and perform outdoor labour
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and dependable
