Primary Responsibilities
Scheduling & Production Coordination
- Schedule all installation projects
- Coordinate builder schedules and crew assignments
- Schedule site measurements
- Ensure projects are ready for installation before crews arrive
- Coordinate project start dates with customers
- Maintain and update production schedules
Customer Communication
- Welcome customers after sale
- Provide project timelines and expectations
- Communicate measurement and installation dates
- Provide project status updates
- Coordinate final payment collection
- Maintain positive customer relationships throughout the project
Permits & Documentation
- Track permit applications and approvals
- Coordinate engineering and drawings
- Follow up with municipalities when required
- Ensure required project documentation is complete before scheduling
Materials Coordination
- Verify materials have been ordered
- Track incoming shipments
- Coordinate material arrivals with installation dates
- Communicate material delays to customers and management
Project Tracking
- Maintain Monday.com and project records
- Track deposits, permits, engineering, measurements, and installation status
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines
- Identify potential delays before they become issues
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
