What you’ll do
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to support food production processes.
- Adhere to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines to maintain food safety standards.
- Participate in sanitation procedures to uphold cleanliness and hygiene within the production area.
- Assist with packaging operations, ensuring products are properly sealed and labeled for distribution.
- Conduct quality checks on products to verify they meet established specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
- Utilize forklift equipment for material handling as needed, ensuring safe operation at all times. (Willing to provide training)
Basic qualifications
- Experience in food processing or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Willing to train the right candidate.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within the food industry is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
