We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to help expand our presence across the Greater Toronto Area.
This is not a clinical or healthcare practitioner role.
You do not need a background in nutrition or medicine.

Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity to combine client consulting, relationship building, wellness education, and business development within a rapidly growing health management organization.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them understand their health goals, navigate our services, and stay engaged throughout their wellness journey.
Our expert advisors, professors, and healthcare professionals provide ongoing professional support and training. You do not need to be a healthcare practitioner to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1, Community Business Development
- Develop partnerships with community organizations, professional associations, and local businesses.
- Build referral networks with insurance advisors, real estate professionals, financial advisors, fitness centres, wellness clinics, senior communities, and cultural organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships.
- Organize and participate in community health seminars, networking events, and wellness workshops.
2, Client Relationship Management
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' health goals and introduce appropriate health management programs.
- Coordinate clients with our professional nutrition consultants, health advisors, and expert team.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up to ensure an excellent client experience.
3, Business Growth
- Achieve monthly client development goals.
- Expand community awareness of NutraPure's services.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Contribute to the Centre's long-term business growth.
Qualifications Required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Existing community connections or professional networks are highly desirable.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for helping people improve their health and quality of life.
