Job Responsibilities
As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our third-party logistics (3PL) partners and outsourced warehouse network. You will act as the key liaison between our company, warehouse providers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
Outsourced Warehouse Management
- Manage day-to-day operations with third-party warehouses (3PLs) across multiple locations.
- Monitor warehouse performance, including receiving, putaway, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse partners to resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, and operational issues.
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliation and audits to ensure stock accuracy across all outsourced warehouse locations.
- Review warehouse KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring vendors meet performance expectations.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers to outsourced warehouse facilities.
- Work closely with freight carriers, couriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation and delivery issues.
- Support routing optimization and freight cost control initiatives.
Courier and Freight Operations
- Establish and maintain partnerships with courier and freight service providers.
- Support the negotiation and management of contracts, ensuring competitive rates and service quality.
- Handle claims and disputes with courier services promptly and effectively.
Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between logistics and broader business goals.
Reporting and Analysis
- Generate regular logistics reports for management, providing insights into performance metrics, expenses, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management; experience in eCommerce is an asset.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
