Qualifications:
- You have worked in landscape construction for 3-5 years (only experienced applicants will be considered)
- You have experience doing stonework, masonry, concrete, water features, drainage, woodwork, and other skills related to landscape construction
- You must have a valid G class license with access to a vehicle or reliable transport our yard in Burlington
- You have a clean driving record and are able to drive a truck and trailer proficiently
- You have experience operating a skid-steer, excavator and other landscape equipment & machinery
- You are willing to work full time during the landscape season (40+ hours per week)
Job Requirements:
- You will manage your crew while on site and coordinate operations for the day/week
- You will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail
- You will arrive at the yard on time to brief your team and assign duties and goals for the day
- Your team will organize tools for the duration of the project and maintain an orderly site, truck and yard
- You will connect with your employer regarding project changes, purchases or issues that occur on site
- You commit to working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Heavy lifting is required and the position often entails tasks that are physically demanding
- You are dedicated to ensuring a safe and respectful work environment for yourself and other team members

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- G Class Driver's License with a clean driving record (preferred)
