Now we are looking for someone who can help turn vision into execution.
The Role
We are looking for a highly organized, high-agency operator who can help execute, build systems, improve operations, and help scale the company alongside the founder.
This is not an assistant role.
This is a leadership execution role for someone who can:
- organize chaos
- create systems
- push projects forward
- coordinate teams
- improve accountability
- drive execution across the business
You will work directly with the founder to help carry out company vision and transform ideas into operational reality.
You will become a central execution layer inside the business.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForExecution & Operations
- Turn ideas and strategy into actionable plans
- Coordinate projects across teams
- Build and improve workflows and SOPs
- Ensure accountability and follow-through
- Help manage priorities, timelines, and execution
- Identify inefficiencies and solve operational bottlenecks
Systems & Scale
- Build scalable operational systems
- Implement automation and AI tools into workflows
- Improve communication and organization across departments
- Help create structure inside a fast-moving startup environment
- Develop systems that reduce founder dependency
Team & Leadership
- Coordinate internal and offshore teams
- Help improve team communication and productivity
- Keep projects moving without requiring constant oversight
- Operate as a force multiplier for the founder
Growth & Product Support
- Help support growth initiatives and partnerships
- Assist with customer experience improvements
- Work alongside developers, creatives, and operations teams
- Help prioritize and execute strategic initiatives
