Full Job Description
Nord Lyon is looking for an experienced Tourier / Croissant Production Baker to join our bakery production team.
The main responsibility of this position is preparing and producing croissants and other laminated dough products from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough according to established recipes.
- Laminate dough using a commercial dough sheeter.
- Cut, fill, roll and shape croissants and other viennoiserie.
- Maintain consistent product size, shape and quality.
- Set up and organize the production kitchen before each shift.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, worktables and the production area.
- Properly store ingredients and finished products.
- Assist with testing and creating new sweet and savoury products.
- Work efficiently to complete the daily production requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous professional experience producing croissants or laminated dough.
- Experience using a commercial dough sheeter.
- Good understanding of dough preparation, lamination and shaping.
- Reliable, punctual and organized.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift bakery ingredients and equipment.
- Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Schedule
- Tuesday to Sunday
- 7:00 a.m. start time
- Monday off
- Weekend availability is required

Pay: $20.00-$26.50 per hour
