$30-$38/hr + relocation assistance up to $3,000 + HSA/CE support + no weekends
Tri-Town Dental is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing, owner-operated dental clinic in Cold Lake, Alberta. We are looking for someone who wants to be valued, supported, and part of a strong clinical team - not just another body in a chair.

- What you will do Assist chairside for exams, restorative, emergency, endodontic, prosthetic, surgical, and other clinical procedures
- Prepare rooms, instruments, materials, and clinical workflows efficiently
- Take radiographs and support imaging workflows within your authorization and dentist prescription
- Support excellent patient communication and post-op instructions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handoffs
- Work closely with the dentist, Practice Manager, front desk, hygienists, and sterilization support
Who we are looking for
- Registered with, or eligible to register with, the College of Alberta Dental Assistants Valid/current CPR/BLS, or ability to obtain immediately Reliable, professional, patient-first, and team-oriented Comfortable in a busy clinic with clear systems and standards Strong communication and a positive, accountable attitude
- Surgery, endo, CBCT, scanning, clear aligner, or implant experience is an asset, but not required
