- Welcome guests and provide professional check-in and check-out services.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and room changes.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a courteous manner.
- Verify daily financial transactions and balance accounts.
- Reconcile room charges, payments, and revenue reports.
- Run end-of-day and overnight audit procedures.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports.
- Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
- Maintain accurate guest records and hotel documentation.
- Monitor hotel security and perform regular property inspections during overnight hours.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Ensure the front desk, lobby, and reception areas remain clean and organized.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
