RapidCrete Construction Ltd. is looking for a proactive Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support our continued growth in the construction industry.
This role combines business development, marketing, client relationship management, project opportunity assessment, proposal preparation, estimating support, and sales coordination. The successful candidate will help build relationships, identify opportunities, and support the sales process from initial inquiry through project award.
Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify incoming inquiries from clients and industry partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, property managers, and owners.
- Conduct introductory meetings and site visits.
- Review project information, drawings, reports, and scope requirements.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, estimates, presentations, and client submissions.
- Follow up on quotations and assist in converting opportunities into awarded projects.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, networking activities, and client outreach efforts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Maintain CRM records and opportunity tracking systems.
- Support sales planning, client retention, and market development activities.
- Coordinate with estimating and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, marketing, sales, project coordination, estimating, construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable meeting clients, conducting site visits, and representing the company.
- Ability to understand technical project information and construction scopes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and business software.
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
Preferred Experience
- Construction, engineering, property management, restoration, or contracting industry experience.
- Experience preparing proposals, estimates, budgets, or client presentations.
- Experience managing client relationships and sales opportunities.
What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will be comfortable building relationships, identifying opportunities, understanding project requirements, preparing proposals, and helping turn client inquiries into awarded projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
