What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Manager, you'll be trusted to lead projects from award through completion while working alongside experienced superintendents, estimators and leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Preparing and monitoring budgets and schedules
- Coordinating owners, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Reviewing contracts, drawings, RFIs and change orders
- Managing project financial performance
- Leading project meetings
- Identifying risks before they become problems
- Delivering projects safely, on schedule and on budget

Qualifications
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling and budgeting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
