Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to promote growth and stability
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory agencies
- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with legal and fiscal regulations
- Provide strategic insights to the executive team on investment opportunities, cost management, and risk mitigation
- Lead the finance team by setting clear objectives, fostering professional development, and promoting a culture of excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance executive within a similar industry or organization
- Strong understanding of corporate financial law, regulations, and best practices in financial management
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels including board members and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable
- Proficiency in financial software systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms

Pay: $86,279.37-$229,195.68 per year
