Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a strategic partner to the IPT (Integrated Product Team) Leader in managing project objectives related to Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance.
- Ensuring effective decision-making in line with operational needs and escalating issues when required.
- Developing, harmonizing, and updating the roadmap supporting the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
- Coordinating with all stakeholders and monitoring dependencies within and outside the IPTs.
- Integrating and analyzing financial data, planning data, quality data, and performance data related to Major Modifications in order to provide relevant and transparent project progress analysis.
- Managing risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plans, etc.).
- Using specific project management tools and methodologies to ensure optimal execution.
- Establishing and managing IPT governance while ensuring effective communication.
- Creating synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.
Your Profile:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Your English proficiency (written, spoken, and reading) is essential (daily communication with Airbus UK).
- You demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a high level of influence.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management.
- You have a technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations.
- You have strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- You are open-minded, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate excellent teamwork abilities.
- You are organized, skilled in time management, and able to work independently.
- You ideally have experience and a strong interest in the aerospace industry.
- You have advanced skills with Google Suite and Planisware.
