We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Input and update data into company databases with high accuracy.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Perform data collection tasks from various sources to ensure database completeness.
- Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
- Support team members with data-related inquiries and provide clerical assistance when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record keeping.
Qualifications
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good computer skills including familiarity with standard office software applications.
- Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, filing, and data collection processes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude towards confidentiality and data security.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
