Duties
- Consult with clients to understand their tattoo ideas and provide professional design recommendations
- Prepare clients by explaining the tattoo process, aftercare instructions, and safety protocols
- Create high-quality tattoo artwork using sterilized equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following sanitation protocols
- Upsell related products such as aftercare items or body art accessories to enhance client experience
- Provide exceptional guest services by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
- Demonstrate product demos or showcase portfolio work to attract new clients
- Assist with retail sales of studio merchandise or body care products when applicable
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tattoo Artist with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in body art practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to upsell products and services effectively
- Professional attitude with good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and artistry
